Group Policies and Information
Groups can be set up as shown
below:
A general block of rooms can be held under the group's name and each
person in the group can call the hotel to make a reservation and pay for
that suite individually with a credit card. A credit card number must be
given at the time of registration.
OR
A master account can be set up. The group would be required to submit a
rooming list in advance, a $100 deposit with signed contract and full
payment would be due 30 days prior to arrival.
Here are our Group Policies:
- An advanced good faith deposit of $100 is required for all groups
in conjunction with a final signed contract.
- Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival in order to
receive a full refund. All unused room blocks will be released back into the
hotel's general inventory 30 days prior to arrival. At that time, the
group rate is no longer guaranteed.
- In order to receive tax-exempt status, your group must have a Tax ID
#. This number and a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate are required prior
to arrival.
- Requests for complimentary nights will be handled on an individual
basis.
- Special discounted rates are available for tour bus drivers.
- Upon request, all attempts will be made to block suites together.
- All groups are entitled to our complimentary hot breakfast buffet
daily.
